We've purchased a few BMWs from dealerships throughout SoCal and would say this was not one of the better experience. Recently purchased a 2023 X5 PHEV from Long Beach and did not have the best experience SoCal and would say this was not one of the better experience. Recently purchased a 2023 X5 PHEV from Long Beach and did not have the best experience with Sandy. Our sales guy Andy was great though. At its core, the finance contract that Sandy drew up was stuffed with items that was not part of our pre negotiated terms and that Sandy did not discuss with us. One example, permaplate was required and cost 1K, but she would credit us the 1K elsewhere/off the final sale price. That never happened. Our mistake was in trusting they would draw this up correctly, but they ended up stuffing the final contract an extra 3K-ish. The only reason it's not a one star or complaint directly to BMW NA is that another manager, Jason got involved and offered to redo the contract. More
