Greeted me right away, proactively explained details on the why for some of the preventative maintenance items for my vehicle, and update fantastic. There were no cars ahead of me so I was greeted immediately. I came in for an oil change and was told it would be an hour and a half. It was actually finished in about 30 minutes. My only complaints are they have a surcharge for credit cards and they didn't do any checkup on anything. They just did the oil change..I thought they would do a multi point inspection More

I came into the service Department and was able to speak to Mr:Patrick Vanzant one of your Service advisors, unfortunately the part needed to fix my 2007 ToyaCamry was not in your shop so that part had to b to Mr:Patrick Vanzant one of your Service advisors, unfortunately the part needed to fix my 2007 ToyaCamry was not in your shop so that part had to be ordered which he did and told me I could return the next day which is today January 5ft I did and was able to get my vehicle taken care I thank and appreciate the work that was done. My service advisor, Patrick Vanzant was excellent.. courteous, professional, and most importantly, honest. He took the time to research the car’s service record from an out-of-state dealership, and rec courteous, professional, and most importantly, honest.
