My visit to Lone Star Toyota was because my brakes started squealing/squeaking. Stefan (who was the only person I dealt with) informed me that I was due for my regular service check as well. After initial check, Stephan explained what was needed and asked if I wanted to have that done at this time, to which I agreed while I was there. The wait time was not bad since I arrived late in the day. Stefan explained my bill in detail, even though it was late. Stefan was very helpful and accommodating and I was able to drive away with no more squeaking brakes !!! Thank you Stefan. More

Service was very good, but after buying this car at this dealership and servicing it there for the last twelve years. You charge a service fee of over $100 to process my credit card ( a fee that was never d dealership and servicing it there for the last twelve years.
