Christina seemed to have unlimited time on her hands to entertain Deep Discussion with a Love interest or WHOMEVER it was that was more important than Common Decency. After a lengthy conversation and HUGS, she never bother to look his way BEFORE returning to her domain. No update. No acknowledgement. After 3hrs his car was brought out to him and he asked someone Else that was near, whether it was ready . They informed him that he should ask his service provider. He asked Christina, who was nice enough to look his way the Whole 2 seconds thsy it took to say Yes. Immediately putting her head down and Never raising it or uttering another word as he asked, "Is there anything else? Anything I need to sign?"........ crickets Christina please take a course in Customer Care, Service, Concern, and Interaction. 3 hrs is too long NOT to at least give an update. My Son is a Nice Guy. You were NOT!!!! More
I give Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville NEGATIVE ten stars! !! It has been over a month since I bought the can and the title is still in the name of a business in New York with a New York title. Also both the front and rear passenger doors had been repainted and the rear tires were replaced with different brand tires than the front tires. Since the title is not in MY name I can not sell the car or receive the $29000 offer that CARMAX gave me. The dealer would not take back the car and give same offer More

We had an awesome experience in this Toyota dealership from the beginning to the end. Reginald “Bo” was outstanding finding us the truck we were looking for, and Adnan from the finance department made it from the beginning to the end. Reginald “Bo” was outstanding finding us the truck we were looking for, and Adnan from the finance department made it easy to understand all the financial and purchasing aspects. Both Bo and Adnan have been super friendly, very helpful, professional and made it to be a very pleasant experience overall. We will definitely recommend them and this dealership to friends and family. More
Made an appointment and noted that it was for a recall. Showed up at dealership and was informed there were no parts ordered to fix it. I was given an estimate of two days to have the parts. I waited 5 days and didn't hear from the dealership. I called and was informed that the parts had arrived. Expected to wait an gour for the recall, but waited a little over 2 hours and got the truck. It appears the work was done properly, but will have to wait and see. More
