I took my 2020 Chevy Colorado for a diagnostic for having a/c issues and said it was the compressor. They replaced it and when I drove it out no less than two miles my brakes frozed up and almost crashed. Th a/c issues and said it was the compressor. I had no issues with my brakes before getting truck service at location. That's why I don't like going to any dealerships for mechanical issues. Dealerships are known for shady practices,chalk lining just to make revenue. More

We were told that our oil pump needed to be replaced based off of a diagnosis that we brought in from a local O'reilly parts store. We took our vehicle to two other dealerships, who actually put our tru based off of a diagnosis that we brought in from a local O'reilly parts store. We took our vehicle to two other dealerships, who actually put our truck on the computer, and the oil pump did not be need to be replaced! We are very disappointed as we feel that Lone Star was only trying to get business and did not put me the customer FIRST. Times are very hard for people right now... Struggling to make ends meet and for you guys to quote almost three thousand dollars for something that was not needed is very disappointing!!! More
