Everyone was nice, polite and courteous. I saw and asked about a product in the salesperson's office (Kevin Varela) and he said I would be given one of those. In reality it was CHARGED to me a cost for whic about a product in the salesperson's office (Kevin Varela) and he said I would be given one of those. In reality it was CHARGED to me a cost for which I did NOT want to pay! On top of that, it was put in to my contract which meant that I had to pay interest on it. When it came to finalize the sale and the contract (at the end of the business day), I asked that everything be printed so that I could review it in print before signing anything. The finance guy said the printer was not functioning; looking back, I think that was a lie - surely there was a printefunctioning somewhere in the building. Extra fees and line items were added win which offset the negotiating agreements that it seems that we had agreed to. I was very disappointed in the final processes and the final outcome. I should have NEVER signed without the paper documents is front of me; my only excuse is that it was late, I was tired, and worn down. My BAD! Lone Star BAD for taking advantage of me. I will not buy again from Lone Star. More

I received my diagnostic test from OnStar to say I needed my oil change because I was on 5%, I called Mark, and asked if he could get me in& out by 8, because I had to he at work for 9, I got to the dealersh my oil change because I was on 5%, I called Mark, and asked if he could get me in& out by 8, because I had to he at work for 9, I got to the dealership at 6:45, there 5 cars ahead of me, when I asked again if I could be out by 8 he assured me I would. While there I had a had a cup of coffee and when this guy brought in some hot donuts I got one as well. By 7:50 Mark came in the waiting area to say I was finished. So Kuddos to you Mark for keeping your word...,,I’ll look you up when I need my next service appointment. More

5th vehicle I have purchased with Lone Star Chevrolet. Always easy with them (in and out) with what I want. Sales Person was great, actually third car he has helped me with. I don’t think I’ve ever been scammed by a car dealership like I have by them. We went to buy a car and the sales person guaranteed us that the car was in great condition (we have screenshots of his messages like I have by them. Got the deal, gave a $3k down payment (2k trade in and 1k cash) and we took the car to our mechanic to make sure it was good. The car has engine problem, transmission and brake issues (2013 Red Ford Mustang - it’s listed on their website again so do not buy that car is trash). We called them right away and they acted like they were doing us a favor and we got a new car, they never credited us our down payment and because we had a back to back loan our interest rate was higher and have to pay an additional year of payments. These people are liars and then act like they’re doing you a favor but they will scam you and take your money and then come up with nonsense excuses. We have all of this info in writing by email and text messages and a lot of proof that they lied to us from day one to make a quick sell. Do no buy from them. More
