I spoke with a manager about the issue I had and was basically given excuses. No ownership. I was told "You should have brought it back to us, so since you didn't, I don't know what to tell you." This was after I explained several times that it was impossible to bring it back. I was stranded after hours and had no choice but to reach out to a family mechanic. He could not explain why my coolant was empty even though they had just ran a complete diagnostic and there was no leak. I can! Ya'll emptied it after I said I was not getting it repaired at that time due to cost. Just admit it. Have some integrity or at least apologize for human error... Very disappointing. I hope they don't mess up my lifetime oil change!
