Once they get you hooked, the manager comes on to the line to explain the buying and pricing process. One vehicle was 100,000.00 over MSRP Once you try to ask them about it or research with any legal capacity, social media outlet, etc, they’ll accuse you of being the bad guy and “refuse to do business” For the record, I’m not the only one affected like this. Do your research and diligence. It’s not an “error” like they’ll claim. There’s no typo. These are facts. Buy a brand new Cadillac and they can’t get the onstar and satellite radio working. Ordered a part for it. Still not working. Paid cash for all but 10 grand, and we get a car we can’t fully use, cause it’s sitting in service. Mr Massey stood behind his customers and his vehicles. These people are in the wrong business. They pulled my credit, couldn't pay off my 2015 srx after saying they were in demand. I left they have been calling every since with games. Just spoke with them today, they called. How tacky and unclassified. Now I want Chris number who is Jeff's boss and they want provide it. This place is full of games and lies. I feel very violated as a customer.
