I had a great experience at this dealership. I had been to another dealership (in Naperville) where we were not taken care of, so we decided to try this dealership. Carlos worked with one other salesperson (I can't remember his name) and they were both very nice. They made my experience painless and I even had fun at the dealership. My wait time was minimal and they were able to get the car I was looking for from another dealership in a matter of days. All the sales people at the dealership were friendly and engaged me in conversation while I was waiting. I love my Scion and think the price for the vehicle was very fair. I am familiar with Lombard Toyota after several years of having my 1999 Toyota Camry serviced at this location. When I found a need to purchase a second car, since I had always been happy with the quality o having my 1999 Toyota Camry serviced at this location. When I found a need to purchase a second car, since I had always been happy with the quality of their service department, I visited the new car showroom. Paul Domete was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of looking at their used vehicles, in addition to their new vehicles. Ultimately, I found that leasing a 2010 Corolla was the best for my situation, and I am very happy with my purchase. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly through each step of the car buying process. They were efficient and timely with their financing, the price I paid was acceptable, and I can highly recommend working with Paul Domete as he went above and beyond and even helped me to find a better auto insurance quote. I can highly recommend this dealer for both it's attention to detail in the service department at reasonable cost, and it's ability to work with the customer in new sales regarding the purchase of a new car. This is the first dealership I have been to where the salesmen all help each other without question. We researched prices online before going to Lombard Toyota and were pleased when the truck we purchased was priced accurately. The loan department worked diligently to get us the best financing available and succeeded. We will definitely be back when we upgrade our other vehicle and have already referred friends who are looking for a new car. More

I would recommend Lombard Toyota. We recently bought a RAV4. Our sales rep was Carlos Santeliz. When we first went to Lombard Toyota we knew we wanted a RAV4 but we didn't know if we should get new or use RAV4. Our sales rep was Carlos Santeliz. When we first went to Lombard Toyota we knew we wanted a RAV4 but we didn't know if we should get new or used, 4 cylinder or 6, what options we needed/wanted, etc. Carlos spent a lot of time with us to make sure that we were comfortable in making a final decision. We test drove several different cars with Carlos--went home, thought about it, came back to ask Carlos more questions and took a couple more test drives. Carlos was very low key, patient, and knowledgeable. Once we picked out a car every thing went smoothly with Joe Castillo, Director of Finance. Joe also was low key and very helpful. This is the first car purchase that I've ever made that the Dealer Finance guy didn't try to shove their "special" finance deal or extended warranty down my throat. From there every thing went well with Customer Service. More
