The first rule mechanics learn is...Don't change the radio dial or blast it. Also, the car hop sped down the driveway to the car wash when they moved the car from the showroom. This action was completely opposite of the impression a buyer receives when walking into the showroom. My first thought was, "Is this the way my 30K investment is handled when I'm not around?" This has been my 4th Toyota purchased at this dealership since '95. More
