We purchased a 2011 Sienna. Our overall sales process lasted almost 1 full week consisting of an initial visit, several follow up communications, and a final sale. The sales person was very responsive to our numerous requests, worked on his day off to get the deal moving forward, and even chased our 5 year old around the dealership to give my wife and I a chance to talk. There were a few speed bumps in the process(as there are with any purchase), but the were handled promptly and fairly. We landed on a fair price with minimal hassle. At no point did we feel pressured or forced into a corner. Throughout the process the dealership appeared to want to earn our business and has done so. More
