I had a tremendous experience at this dealer. Igor Petrovic was very thorough and professional. He gave the appearance that he was a walking encyclopedia on the particular vehicle model. Don't ever use the dealership. They lied to us in order to get us to write the deal. The salesman John lied saying the 0% financing ended that day so we wouldn't leave without writing the deal. We wrote the deal in a hurry as we needed to leave. The car was detailed poorly when we took it home. We found out the next day the financing didn't end that day, but the next as we had said to him. The salesman John also told us there was no cash back and there was if you didn't do the financing. We also found out we could have found a better deal elsewhere. They also added an Auto Guard charge at the time of the sale. When we called the salesman the next day and told him he lied, he made excuses and offered to fill the car up with gas for us to make up for the auto guard. When we still weren't happy we called back and talked to sales manager Tom who has no customer service skills. He offered to refund the auto guard, but made an excuse for the lie saying the deal must have been good enough to take or we wouldn't have done it. He didn't seem to care and just became very rude when I said we wouldn't recommend them and would be calling Toyota. We did call Toyota who took are complaint and said someone from their customer service would call us at that dealership. No one has called. When my husband picked up the check at the dealership the salesman John did say he was sorry that we weren't happy and that it was all making him look bad. He stated it was just a misunderstanding. When my husband again pointed out his blatant lies, he tried turning it back on my husband. They had dealer traded for a Sienna we thought we wanted, but when it came in we didn't like it and ended up changing our mind wanting a Toyota Highland on their lot. He claims my husband lied to him about wanting a Sienna. Unbelievable that they would turn it on us! They lie and try to cover their lies any way they can. Do not trust this dealership and do not buy from them. We wish we had not ever bought from them! We will be calling Toyota again to further our complaint. Toyota should do something about this dealership! More
Purchased 2005 Toyota Prius (August 2005) from Lombard Toyota and had all routine maintenance and services performed by their Service Department. Quality of personnel and service work were always excellent. Not just some times, or only when the phases of the moon were just right. These people know customer service and they know their products!. So after 8 years, and 120,000 trouble free miles on the Prius, I decided to trade it in for the Prius V to gain additional interior and cargo space. Even if I will be sacrificing a few miles per gallon on the mileage. Since Lombard Toyota has demonstrated time and time again over eight years their uncompromising integrity, customer focus, quality workmanship, I decided to continue purchasing and servicing my Toyota vehicles from them alone. John Karedis, Sales, was by no means what some may envision to be a typical car salesman. He is an extraordinary helpful, respectful, reliable, credible, patient, honest, knowledgeable, and wise human being. He is very reflective of the values and behaviors of Lombard Toyota. John Lipinski, General Manager, is another outstanding person to get to know and do business with at this dealership. More
I have been looking for a used car for awhile, mostly private sellers. I decided to just stop by and look at the cars here. I didn't like what I was seeing, but after about an hour, Tony came out with a private sellers. I decided to just stop by and look at the cars here. I didn't like what I was seeing, but after about an hour, Tony came out with a very nice car. I told him my price range, totally honest about it, not intimidated by sales, and he actually gave me a great deal. He was honest, nice, not pushy just fair, actually more than fair. I am grateful for him helping me today. I am so happy I am done looking for a car. Never thought it would be from a dealer! Awesome buying experience! Was introduced to Jeff through a friend and I felt like he treated us like family. In this day & age, car buying is never fun, people have not-so-perfect credit and financ through a friend and I felt like he treated us like family. In this day & age, car buying is never fun, people have not-so-perfect credit and financing issues always come up; however Jeff made this the easiest purchasing experience thus far! We got a 2013 Sienna and he was able to accommodate almost everything we asked for. He put our financing right where we wanted and made the whole process seamless! Was met with a new salesperson, Jimmy, who was friendly and listened to what I was looking for and along with assistance from his manager, John, we were able to find the car I wanted - 2013 XLE Camry - ful and listened to what I was looking for and along with assistance from his manager, John, we were able to find the car I wanted - 2013 XLE Camry - fully loaded with adding a spoiler and side moulding. The deal was closed in less than 45 minutes.......painless. This is my 3rd car that I have bought from this dealer and my 15th Toyota.
