Went in for routine service and mentioned an unusual noise coming from engine compartment. It was quickly diagnosed as a bad water pump. The new one was installed exactly within the time quoted. We worked with Gary Kawell as the sales person and he was fast, efficient and really advsied us on what we needed in a minivan (i.e. types of features and packages). Needed an oil change and had the techs shown me how to enter more then one person on the Bluetooth phone device. The tech was very knowledge and took time explaining it, so I could understand. Although I had fine service I noticed I was in the waiting much longer than other customers. Perhaps because I had a rear windsheild wiper mechanism replaced. I waited about 21/2 hours. My engine light was going on, and it turned out to be that I just didn't put the gas cap on correctly. I will be back Monday to get the Auto Guard. Wait wasn't long and problem was taken care of.
