worst service center ever Tony the service director is a rude and ignorant man. Our seat belt broke on a 2014 carrolla and he has the nerve to be condiscending about getting th Tony the service director is a rude and ignorant man. Our seat belt broke on a 2014 carrolla and he has the nerve to be condiscending about getting the car back in a reasonable time . First off the seatbelt should be the last thing that breaks, to not have one in stock is ok but to be a schmuck about it is not ok. They couldnt even take one off of a car in the lot and change it out then put it in the other car when the part comes in. There EXCUSE is "the part has to be made", i must look like i fell out of a pear tree. I should have went to a better run and more competent toyota like Elgin toyota. With morons like tony and his idiotic service writers I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO LOMBARD TOYOTA!!!!!!!!!!!! More
