Lies told to get me in the door I would have given this dealership a higher rating and I would recommend this dealership to others however there was one glaring problem that is hard I would have given this dealership a higher rating and I would recommend this dealership to others however there was one glaring problem that is hard to overlook. I used Truecar to get a great price on a new Camry. I was contacted by the internet sales team at Lombard Toyota and I asked them two questions: 1. Are the tax, title, and license fees which are added onto the TrueCar price, negotiable? 2. Can I put the full cost of the car on several credit cards? The person who I was speaking with told me "yes" for both questions. I was surprised however I, naively believed what I was being told to be true and so I went to the dealership with those assumptions. As you might have already guessed, the actual answer to both those questions is no. In the end, since it was a great price, I ended up buying the car. The rest of the experience was fine. Everyone from the salesman (Luis Cruz), to financing, to the cashier was very friendly and courteous however it did not feel right to be blatantly lied to in order to get me into the door. More
