Lombard Toyota responded

We are very sorry Mr Moreno feels this way. The car was towed in from a towing company storage pound because vehicle was in a flood. Vehicle was a insurance claim. Insurance claims take long periods of time for them to do there inspections and estimates. We have no control over how long they take to authorize the work needed. We also asked him if the damage he blamed us for could have been caused by the flood or even the towing companys shuttle to and from the flood sight, to holding pound and then to the car dealership. He said no we did it because he knows the condition about the exterior of his car. With that said we did take care of a dent in the door and scratches on the hood plus a front end alignment because he said we must have done something to the alignment specs although he did have custom front end suspension components to modify riding height. We did this at no charge to him. So once again we are very sorry he feels this way about our services, but we tried to the best of our ability to make him happy.
