EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED First of all , we are a regular customer to this service center. We went to buy a car on Saturday (10/28/17)morning. Spent about an hour with the repr First of all , we are a regular customer to this service center. We went to buy a car on Saturday (10/28/17)morning. Spent about an hour with the representative to get a basic understanding of the features available in 2017 Sienna XLE models (which everybody does). From the beginning of the conversation the rep was hesitating to respond to any questions we asked and with great difficulty he showed us 4 vans (same model but with different features) and we short listed 2 of which we asked him to explain what is the difference in features from one to another and the Rep goes "I SPENT COUPLE OF HOURS WITH YOU AND SHOWED YOU 4 VANS AND I COULD HAVE ATTENDED OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THIS BUSY HOURS, THE DIFFERENCES ARE FEW.....Well, there were only few customers and few reps were sitting idle!! . 2 of 4 vans which we liked the most we got to see from outside and we didn't even see inside. We politely asked him can you show us this interior of the car and the rep goes again with great hesitation repeating the same statement as earlier. We said that is a part of you job to show us the car, which is why you are being paid and you cannot expect us to pay $48,000/- without even seeing anything. Then the rep pulls a paper, writes in "caps". "I WILL PAY $XX.......... FOR THIS CAR" and said "SIGN IT HERE AND THEN WE WILL TALK ABOUT SHOWING YOU THE CAR!!!! is this way you treat a customer???? I Said I will sign the paper and if i don't like the interior of 2017 XLE AWD limited edition then I am not going to buy.. I signed the paper and after a minute he says I wasted a lot of time today at this busy day and started screaming.. We just walked out and went to another dealer in Elmhurst, they greeted us in a friendly way and made a purchase within an hour. we bought a van with the SAME Features from a "professional representative" . When the reps treating customers like this then what is a point of even visiting this dealership???? Management needs to take a decision on whether is how they would like to do business. More
Great Car Experience! Tony was great in helping me find which car I wanted. I knew that I didn't have a large budget since I had just graduated from college, but he helped Tony was great in helping me find which car I wanted. I knew that I didn't have a large budget since I had just graduated from college, but he helped me stay within what I could afford and was very honest throughout the whole process. He was so great that my sister even came back a few weeks later and purchased her car here. We've also referred a few friends to Tony at Toyota Lombard!! Would 10/10 recommend this dealership to everyone, especially Tony! More

I started out with a newer, younger salesman who perhaps wasn't experienced enough to handle an out of state sale I found the 4x4 online). After a lot of bungling (and we almost didn't get the vehicle) Shannon came to the rescue, managed to get everything back on track and arrange for transport. everything was fair and square, money I thought I had lost on a prior delivery date was refunded and the truck is in PERFECT condition, exactly as described. My only complaint is that we aren't geographically closer so I could use their services regularly. 10 stars if I could do it! More

I took my car in for the standard 55,000 mile check up and told them I was going on a 1,500 mile road trip. Brian helped me determine what I absolutely needed done and what could wait. I ended up getting all the work done, which would take about 4 hours. They gave me a loaner for the next day, washed my car, and had it ready so that I could pick it up after work. In short: Love the online scheduling Brian adds a personal touch and asks me about my daughter and trips I'm taking They have surprised me with a loaner when they recommend work that would take more time I don't have to make another appointment for recommended work They always wash my car More
