Service Dept I had a very negative experience with Jeff in Service. He was VERY confrontational and rude to me. He didn't want to honor a competitor's service co I had a very negative experience with Jeff in Service. He was VERY confrontational and rude to me. He didn't want to honor a competitor's service coupon (although it is their policy) because it wasn't printed out. I showed the price on my phone and said I could screen shot it and email or fax it. He told me that was too bad and refused to honor it or print it out on his attached printer there at the dealership. I asked if I should just cancel my appointment then and he bluntly said "Go ahead". I could not believe how rude he was and his complete lack of customer service. It was to the point of me being extremely uncomfortable and utterly shocked at his rudeness. Eventually, I asked for his manager and he came out and was also confrontational, but finally toned it down and was kind enough to honor the competitor price when I told him I had it on my phone. It is too bad because the location is really close to my work and makes it easy to run to during my lunch hour and the lady, Patti, who sets up appointments is really nice. Honestly, for someone (like me) in the market for a new car in the near future, I would be concerned about purchasing from this dealership just because I don't enjoy dealing with rudeness and aggressive confrontation if I need any sort of service. More
