Tried to fix things that didn’t need fixing I went in for an oil change. After an hour the guy came back and told me I needed $726 of repairs done. I asked what needed to be done and the cost of I went in for an oil change. After an hour the guy came back and told me I needed $726 of repairs done. I asked what needed to be done and the cost of each individual thing. After going through it I told them I’d come back if I felt they were needed. I then reached out to another mechanic and got a second opinion and he stated that I only needed $4 light bulbs from Walmart for the back taillights and all the other things were totally fine. So to ensure I was getting the correct answer I then went to a 3rd mechanic who said the same thing as the second. While I was there I also witnessed then approaching another client there for a repair and told her she needed $3k worth of repairs and she told them to do it. Seems like a scam or something going on. I understand you are a business and need money and have to meet goals, but “fixing” things on cars that don’t need to be fixed is just petty. #1 reason I hate going to the dealer. More

Came in for an oil change. I was in the area and came here for convenience. Came in on a weekday just after the lunch hour. I expected a longer wait, especially without an appointment however, it went by pretty fast. They took my Tacoma in pretty quickly and got it back out rather fast. I did tell them that all I want is an oil change only. they respected that. No complaints from me! More

I have seen this dealership ser For 28 years, thru now my current 3rd car with Lombard Toyota, they have always consistently hired true professionals. I have seen this dealership service department handle every situation my cars have had as if it was their own on their own budget, and on their timeline which happened to meet mine. Why? Because they listened to me and learned what was important to me and passed that information on to all the “newbies” that came along to the department so the changes in personnel felt transparent. With that said, ironically this particular dealership has several people that have stayed on board for almost as long as I’ve been coming here, which makes it feel like family! Great assistant service manager Assistant manager was great..personable and helpful! As far as anyone else goes, I was not impressed. Not friendly, actually almost rude. I asked the man, who checked me in, questions regarding my car and the responses I received left me feeling like I should know. Sorry I'm not knowledgeable about cars. I gave 3 stars for customer service and friendliness only because of the assistant manager being so nice otherwise I only would have given one star. More
