No question one of the worst experiences ever with my car being taking care of. Terrible service from a mechanical and warranty standpoint. Extremely disappointed and disappointing what has happened. There was no quality control in place ensuring everything was 100% correct after the warranty service was performed. The Shock absorber system was messed up, likely causing issues with my tires and other mechanical areas. Lombard Toyota Mechanical Service and work performed is extremely poor. Will need immediate repair and will want to file an insurance claim to make sure all is corrected. The Assistant Manager Jeff and mechanic Sean saved the customer experience with excellent work. The overall Service Manager was asleep at the wheel, is simply not present. Pretends he’s working while navigating the internet. Goofy dude. Time to retire and allow capable, passionate people to drive results. More
