Friendly and Fair Our most recent visit to Lombard Toyota was to purchase a new car to replace my 2005 Corolla. Our sales consultant, Sarim (Sam), was quite knowledgeab Our most recent visit to Lombard Toyota was to purchase a new car to replace my 2005 Corolla. Our sales consultant, Sarim (Sam), was quite knowledgeable about the features and options on the 2019 models. He was extremely patient with our questions and indecision. He personally took the time to show me how to use all the new technologies and features on the 2019 Corolla I selected. Igor, the sales manager, patiently listened to our needs and our concerns and helped us understand the pros and cons of leasing vs. buying. We felt like we made a great deal within our budget while getting some extras that make a new car fun. We purchased after-market leather seats and Patti was invaluable helping me select the perfect color. It's exactly what I wanted. The car looks great! We will return to Lombard Toyota for service and for my next vehicle because, whether we visit for service or to purchase a car, we are treated fairly and everyone is friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. More
Extremely poor warranty and mechanical service Brian in the service area was very nice and cordial yet my Sequoia is in terrible, terrible shape ever since I picked it up. No question one of the worst experiences ever with my car being taking care of. Terrible service from a mechanical and warranty standpoint. Extremely disappointed and disappointing what has happened. There was no quality control in place ensuring everything was 100% correct after the warranty service was performed. The Shock absorber system was messed up, likely causing issues with my tires and other mechanical areas. Lombard Toyota Mechanical Service and work performed is extremely poor. Will need immediate repair and will want to file an insurance claim to make sure all is corrected. The Assistant Manager Jeff and mechanic Sean saved the customer experience with excellent work. The overall Service Manager was asleep at the wheel, is simply not present. Pretends he’s working while navigating the internet. Goofy dude. Time to retire and allow capable, passionate people to drive results. More

Due to other commitments I never had time to bri I needed maintenance for my RAV4 for few weeks and it kept reminding me every time I started the SUV. Due to other commitments I never had time to bring it in but Brian Rotter the assistant service manager squeezed me in when I had time. Wow! Very professional and friendly! As I was waiting, the sales manager Branden Gable, who sold me the vehicle visited with a big smile to make sure I was satisfied. What a great experience! More
