STAY AWAY!!! VERY RUDE and they LIE!!! We were quoted an internet price via email for 2018 highlander for 35K. I called to verify the price and they agreed that it is 35K + tax, title, and We were quoted an internet price via email for 2018 highlander for 35K. The sales consultant came back with the break down of numbers and we saw they ADDED OPTIONAL Platinum Care Package and Car Guard package. I said I don't want it. Then the manager comes rushing out and says no we cannot take that out. I was like they are optional so why do I have to add. he is like this is the deal, take or leave it. I said no I don't want them. So he said then we don't have no deal and walked away. EXTREMELY RUDE. WASTED TIME and DISHONEST. DO NOT GO HERE. More

Helped arrange tow and rides-5 stars!! My car wouldn’t start on the way to maintenance appointment so dealer arranged a tow. Brian got my car fixed the next day, covered half the battery since it was recently installed by the dealer and should not have failed, and even picked me up so I could collect my repaired RAV4. Great customer service, average wash The customer service was awesome. The car wash, not so great. Got the option 2 car wash. For $20, cold weather, and business, the result was okay. Exterior windows had stains leftover from the wash. The interior had wipeable stains on the screen, in the cupholders, and in the door pockets leftover. I used my spit to wipe the three stains on the screen after the cleaning. I will try the car wash option 2 again when it is warmer to see if it makes a difference in the quality. More
