Terrible Experience This dealership is not honest or ethical. The car was not pulled up and ready for viewing at the time I arrived for my confirmed appointment. The sales rep, Tiffany, was unable to locate and bring up the specific vehicle on the lot. This took a long time. She was uninformed, unorganized, and disheveled. She and the manager made me wait and extraordinary long period of time between negotiations. I had an agreed upon price from online negotiations with Kaliyah (she was a genuine delight - I wish she would switch dealerships. I liked her.) Tiffany tried to make me sign a "legally binding contract" aka handwritten BS before taking it to her manager for approval. What she came back with was optional packages that I refused and she told me she was unable to take off. I spent 2.5 hours (most of the time waiting by myself in chairs) and left with nothing. They were unethical and dishonest. They would not tell me where the car I wanted to buy was. They just said it was at a "sister store." I did some research, tracked the VIN down to Naperville, left Lombard, and bought the car within 25 minutes without any BS in Naperville. Save your time, this dealership is horrible. More
