Was in there about 1 year ago. I went wanting to buy a new SUV that was in stock after a test ride. The bottom line after talking to the sales person and then the manager I was le I went wanting to buy a new SUV that was in stock after a test ride. The bottom line after talking to the sales person and then the manager I was left alone to sit there for a half hour and just when i got up to walk out the sales person stopped me and said they couldnt do the deal... Although I live close I will not ever go back. Another dealer did make the deal work. They now will miss out on my wife looking for a New Venza !!!!! More

Unprofessional and rude for no reason. We dealt with Kelvin Paul, who claimed he was the manager for some reason as well, but according to their own website, he is not the manager. The service team is very willing to talk down to customers, and not very willing to help or come to a reasonable conclusion in a respectful way. The service team and manager belittle their customers. If you're a woman, they will assume you know nothing and treat you as such. Offering no solutions, and holding no accountability for their own mistakes. When we tried to speak to a manager about the situation, they were very unwilling to assist. So what else is there to do at that point when even the manager won't help? I'm sure I'll get a generic response from someone claiming to be a manager or owner of the business to this review, and I should call to get things sorted out. But guess what, even when I had called this dealership in the past, they don't answer. Leave a voicemail? Don't bother leaving the voicemail because that won't be answered either. (This has occurred multiple times). More
I dealt with Kelvin Paul who was handling multiple tasks but was still able to deal with me in a courtesy manner. He worked to get my car serviced in a reasonable time. Lombard Toyota - please don’t go! Pathetic customer service. They don’t care about customer’s time. I went for oils change and break inspection. It took them 3 hours to do that. Plus break inspection i service. They don’t care about customer’s time. I went for oils change and break inspection. It took them 3 hours to do that. Plus break inspection is free at many dealers, on checking the same I was told to go to that dealer. Since my car was already in for servicing I did move out. My dashboard glovebox door got stuck. I was told $140 for diagnostic. Never going back or recommending someone. More
