When we first came in we were greeted pleasantly from one of the Sales & Leasing Consultants, (Sam), who was very helpful, experienced & patient. After deciding what vehicle I wanted, I was directed to a gentlemen who handles the financial/ contractual process & he too was pleasant & helpful & sought to get me a good interest rate & extended warranty auto care plan. I also had the pleasure of meeting two lovely ladies with exciting personalities who yes, them too, explained step-by-step what I needed to know in their area of their expertise. I've been there on purchase day; again to xxu with paperwork & once more to have a protective shield/coating applied to outer & interior of auto (to aid in protecting paint from being damage due to the extremities outside) and each time I was greeted with kindness & a smile! Their names are Sarim, Rocco, Patti & Tammy! I also thank those of which I had other interactions, for they too, were kind & professional! Great experience! Thank you all! More

Last Lease Service I was in from out of town and new to dealership. Service person never approached me or introduced himself....service area was below average for the si I was in from out of town and new to dealership. Service person never approached me or introduced himself....service area was below average for the size and scale. My dealership back home has welcoming grateful staff, lovely waiting area and fully washed and DRIED car when done. They appreciate my business and make me feel valued. This guy could've cared less about me was more worried about his Dunkin Donuts coffee drink then me as he kept stopping to drink it while typing in my info. Makes me anxious to get back to Olathe Kansas to trade in my vehicle....this was a way for me to check out Lombard Toyota....hmmmm. (Could've been my 3rd Toyota) Not a great impression. More

Best service that saved my day! On our way to attend a wake 20 miles from home, the check hybrid system light went on with 2 other lights. Pulled into Toyota Lombard. Dennis Patel, S On our way to attend a wake 20 miles from home, the check hybrid system light went on with 2 other lights. Pulled into Toyota Lombard. Dennis Patel, Shawn the mechanic treated us with the best care I’ve ever had at a Toyota dealership. They took the car in immediately while a friend picked us up to make it to the wake. Dennis was in constant communication with me. It turned out to be an easy fix without spending a fortune. We were able to pick the car up that night and drive home safely. Someone must have been looking out for us. The stars aligned that day. Great service and care for us, what a great group of professionals. Thank you More
