Service I had flat tire, car only drove less than 20,000 miles, dealer service said it is not within warranty, tire is not able to repair, two new tires cost I had flat tire, car only drove less than 20,000 miles, dealer service said it is not within warranty, tire is not able to repair, two new tires cost me $465 plus tax, I went to Costco next day, they fix it for $11, I saved almost $500, we are long time royal customer with Lombard dealer, very disappointed this time. She showed us the sienna and have it on test drive. Feel was what I expected. Was shown the highlander too but we were already settled with the sienna and decided to go for the limited premium trim. Color decided was not on stock in the dealership so have to wait an hour or so. All in all, it was a great experience coming to toyota Lombard, and Tiffany made it all possible! More
