Jeff told me my tires needed to be replaced and how long it would take to do this and what the cost would be. I was applauded by the price and am still in a state of shock. I was there for four hours in the waiting room and for this my labor costs were $482.42. Shocking to say the least. I bought my car at your dealership and have always had it serviced there but some how I think I need to shop around the next time a major repair is needed. I do feel like Lombard Toyota is changing and not in the best for the customers. I feel it is now being supervised by people who have "deeper pockets" and are out to gouge the customer financially. Jeff is definitely a keeper and serves your customers well. More

Drove to the dealer on an extremely busy Saturday morning without an appointment and my Service guy Jeff was awesome. He got me right in and the problem happened to be a loose gas cap in which they cleared the code and I was in and out in a flash. Thanks Lombard Toyota for having such a professional and knowledgeable advisor on hand.
