Lombard Toyota was outstanding from the first call I made for a service reservation. I showed up at 7am for my appointment on Monday and they already had four customers ahead of me who had already been taken care of. They offered us all loaner cars and/or delivery rides and we were off to work. I received a full diagnostic report via email within the hour outlining the high priority issues and the medium priority. All the work was completed and done by the time I arrived. I will definitely be taking all my service to Lombard Toyota! More

Excellent as always! We have been using this dealership for nearly 30 years and have always had good service here. The people are friendly, the service is excellent and the overall cost of having our vehicle serviced is not a great deal more than going to some other, more specialized service places, especially when the work done here means a longer time interval between servicing. We will be continuing to use Lombard Toyota for all of our servicing, and to make future automotive purchases here as long as we are living in this area. More

He quickly informed me what was to be done and suggested I wait in the lounge area while the work was being done. Altho there were a number of customers ahead of me having some type of work performed I was finished in under an hour. The work performed was reviewed with me via a print out and I was assured all was well with my vehicle. I was thanked for coming in for service and encouraged to contact the dealership if I had any Q's later.
