Lombard Toyota was outstanding from the first I tried a new Toyota dealer for service on my Highlander after a series of failures by my prior dealer. Lombard Toyota was outstanding from the first call I made for a service reservation. I showed up at 7am for my appointment on Monday and they already had four customers ahead of me who had already been taken care of. They offered us all loaner cars and/or delivery rides and we were off to work. I received a full diagnostic report via email within the hour outlining the high priority issues and the medium priority. All the work was completed and done by the time I arrived. I will definitely be taking all my service to Lombard Toyota! More
