Lack of communication I left car for oil change and tire rotation and check why a/c not cooling. I received call from Jeff I needed a compressor and told price Jeff called me and said that they had to get a part and it would be done on Monday I called on Monday to talk to Jeff as to approximate time it would be finished. I talked to Brian and he said he would have Jeff call me. I called again and Brian said Jeff must be with someone but he would have him get right back with me. Still no call so I called and Brian said let him see if he could find him. Then I find out that Jeff wasn’t even there Monday and the part wasn’t there either. I talked to someone ithere who told me part would not be there till Tuesday but he would have Jeff call me on Tuesday morning as he would be there at 7am I waited and received no call until 11:45 Tuesday from Jeff saying car was ready to pick up. It would have been nice to have known that i was not going to get my car back on Monday or a call on Tuesday morning telling me approximately when my car would be completed. I have always done business there. Bought my tires there. Get my oil changed there but am not satisfied with the way I was treated this time. I’m really not happy with this service. A simple call would have made my life much better. More

Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly, and service department did a great job..never even know the "ding" was there!! My 2016 looks like a brand new car!! More

Fixed Alarm and Tire Leak The alarm on our 2015 Sienna would randomly go off. They discovered it was an issue with the sliding door which was covered under the warranty. They ordered the part and fixed it on my next visit. Also, the tire sensor had an air leak, I was confused about that so I asked Jeff. He explained it to me in a way that made sense. The tire sensor wasn't covered and was going to cost roughly $85 but Jeff hooked me up and took half off the price! Everyone is really friendly and the customer service is great. Don't hesitate to visit Lombard Toyota! More
