Took my 15 year old Prius in for an oil change and to check the brakes, which I new needed work. Both front and rear brakes needed replacement, along with a broken rear spring (had both replace). They were able to get everything done and back to me later that afternoon. Not cheap, but I know they do a high quality job and the service advisor (Jeff) is a super nice person! More

Ugh! 4 Had to ask how to work controls for remote starter. - That should have been explained to me upon giving me controls - this was new for me -Duh! 5 Asked to have my car washed when I dropped it off and offered to pay - was told they wash outside usually - was not done and was told it was too cold to wash - it was in 40's that day - really! 6 Was given different pricing from 2 people - they should be on same page for pricing - 7 I like the establishment and the hours - but - I recommend some additional training for service employees - just saying! More
