I made an appointment for just an oil change and filter. The oil change was great. They even went above and beyond with everything, they checked my brakes, and did a lot more. Six months after purchasing the 2015 Highlander Limited, I took it to Schaumburg Toyota for a winterize check and was told the vehicle needed a complete break job both front and rear. Having previously mad I took it to Schaumburg Toyota for a winterize check and was told the vehicle needed a complete break job both front and rear. Having previously made comments to the salesperson regarding the noise and vibration during moderate to high speed breaking and having been told it was the antilock break system and nothing to worry about, I did not pursue it further. After being told 6 months and only 3,500 miles later that I needed new breaks I took it back to Lombard Toyota and was pleasantly recieved and taken care of. They looked into the break issue, replaced the vehicles breaks front and rear and split the bill for the job. I am very pleased with every aspect of the situation. I was treated extremely well by everyone from the valets to the managers. I could not help but give them 5 stars! More
