I recently purchased my third new Prius at Lombard Toyota. Joshua was knowledgeable and honest throughout the process. The car that I wanted was not on the lot, so he found it and had it ready for me Toyota. Joshua was knowledgeable and honest throughout the process. Manar in the finance department was knowledgeable and honest as well. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I have used the service department at Lombard Toyota for all of my vehicles and recommend them highly. Jeff and the rest of the service staff are honest, repairs are completed quickly, and the work is done correct the first time. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. More

I just left this dealership and due to my job (Marriott I just left this dealership and due to my job (Marriott international) we have special promotions on vehicles. So I went to this dealership and expected great customer service on a vehicle and the salesman Ali was pushing me on a car that already had 370 miles and it’s status said brand new. Also he would not honor my work promotion and kept pushing the price up. The vehicle was also being use by another associate he left a mess in the car (spare change, face mask, and golf shoes in the back seat). Then when I told Ali I was leaving and told him I got a better offer with my work promotion he got upset in-front of all his coworkers and started yelling at me so I told him I’ll make sure I post this because I do not want anyone else to experience this. Unacceptable and I hope there is action taken. The vehicle was a grey Camry xse! More
