They are nice but incompetent. They screwed up the scheduling for my appointment but said they could still fit me in. They said the work would take about two hours total but they didn't even start on scheduling for my appointment but said they could still fit me in. They said the work would take about two hours total but they didn't even start on the truck for two hours. They then said they'd need an additional two hours. The work they did complete was mostly fine but they missed something super easy. I said there were two screws in my tires. They claimed there was only one and missed the other. Both were in very obvious locations. This place isn't the worst but they certainly aren't good. More

Again Larry Carde Jr. was my Salesman, for the 3rd time. A fantastic person who helped me through the process, not only with fairness in pricing for new purchase, but also vehicle trade in value used in the process. More
I took my 2020 Corolla in for routine maintenance & a small chip in my windshield. Patti is always so wonderful to talk to when scheduling my appointments & gets me in right away. Waited 3 hours for repair I had an appointment and still waited for 3 hours for a 1 and 1/2 hour recall repair. At the same time I'm asking why my car is not done after 2 plus I had an appointment and still waited for 3 hours for a 1 and 1/2 hour recall repair. At the same time I'm asking why my car is not done after 2 plus hours, another woman who was waiting an hour and her car was still parked outside complained and was told she has no room to complain until her 1 and half hour was up or she could leave. Everyone was pleasant at the service area. Jerry helped me out and was great! Luis was the salesman who sold me my car and was able to assist me with my issue and direct me towards the service area. 2nd Lease-Thank you, Tom Dericco! I have recently completed my 2nd transaction with Lombard Toyota, the first being a lease in 2017 (just concluded) & the second on July 30, 2020 with I have recently completed my 2nd transaction with Lombard Toyota, the first being a lease in 2017 (just concluded) & the second on July 30, 2020 with another lease. I am thrilled with my new silver 2020 Toyota Corolla with a sunroof! Over 3 days, I interacted with 3 different people: Larry Carde, Sales Rep; Sultan Matariyeh, Finance Manager; and Tom Dericco, Manager. There were initially some glitches, and, IMHO, some misunderstandings. All of the issues were eventually worked out over the 3 days, & today I am a HAPPY customer of Lombard Toyota! Special recognition & huge appreciation to Tom who sat with me twice, respectfully listened to all of my concerns, & gave me answers to all of the questions I asked. I sincerely thank Tom Dericco for ALL of his efforts; it is because of his endeavors that I have stayed with Lombard Toyota & am a satisfied & happy customer! More
