Very disappointed. I came in for my 25,000 maintenance. My mileage was 28,200. I had tried to schedule once and they were closed for Covid and then I had to reschedule for exposure. Finally it could take place and since I was 200 miles over their mileage number they refused to honor my purchase maintenance agreement. Very disappointing, why come to this dealer if they have no desire to have a customer relationship. I will not be back with my 2 year old Rav4 again. At least they got their $ 33.00. And will lose out on any future repairs and I’ll be happy to tell people my experience. More
Came back from two week trip Nov. 15 to CO / 2300 miles. Low air tire pressure light came on due to zero degree temp., had tires inflated locally and light went off and didn't flash. However, "something didn't feel right" and I couldn't be specific -- thought might be tires or the alignment. Got an appointment for Nov 17 and the reception people in service were absolutely great on the phone. Showed up & basically was treated very rudely by the service advisor -- in essence, said my request was very ambiguous -- asked just for a test drive to see if they saw something that needs inspection. Nope, $75 for an inspection. Left to see if problem(s) continued. On way home saw a Firestore store, all mechanics also ASE certified. Their inspection = $9.99. No issues with performing it, unlike the hassle at Toyota Lombard. Toyota blew me off / ok, no problem / will likely take my maintenance elsewhere. However, Patty in the service reception desk is ABSOLUTELY GREAT (unlike my service advisory. Geez, what a lousy way of dong business Want return customers then treat them with courtesy. More

I primarily worked with Maurillio Ruiz Jr an assistant service manager. He was very helpful in ordering parts and getting me in for an appointment quickly and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. service manager. More
