Poor service advisor Made an appointment for the works oil change also told Betsy the sync system stopped recognizing the phone text option and that the transmission was s Made an appointment for the works oil change also told Betsy the sync system stopped recognizing the phone text option and that the transmission was shifting oddly an the car lacked take off power sometimes Appointment was made for 3:30 pm Works oil change was completed Then Betsy stated they didn't have enough time to atempt to fix the Sync system As a service advisor she should of thought before hand how much time was needed When I asked about the transmission shifting and lack of power Betsy said you never told me about that problem when I insisted and pressed her that I did tell her about it she then stated oh now l remember and further stated I don't walk on water you know. she tried to belittle me with the statement and tried to infer i was annoying her by questioning her she continued to not take ownership it was her fault she was at fault all she kept talking about was being pregnant More

I currently am driving a vehicle outside the Ford product line, but had noticed the sign posted on the sign of Lombard's building claiming "We service any vehicle, any make, any time", and had read quite a f line, but had noticed the sign posted on the sign of Lombard's building claiming "We service any vehicle, any make, any time", and had read quite a few very positive reviews about Lombard that I figured I'd give them a shot on repairs of my vehicle... some that were outside the norm. I was BEYOND impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of EVERYONE involved. I thank Jessica, Larry, and Betsy, for going over and beyond for me... and for tolerating my incessant questions. I also than my tech Brian, who came out personally, to discuss an issue with my vehicle of which I was unaware, and to his suggestion as to replacement. He was SO honest, he even stated, "It can probably wait, but not for long". I took his advice and gave permission for the part to be replaced... and he even stepped up and suggested a discount to the Service Manager Jessica! Name me ONE other Service Department at ANY dealer who'd do that??? I'm currently in the market for another vehicle, and have wanted a Ford for a while. Considering the Lombard Service Department has impressed me so well, I look forward to seeing just how impressive their Sales Department is! Thanks again to Jessica, Larry, Betsy, and Brian for FAR exceeding my expectations. You've gained a loyal Lombard customer!!! More

As usual Larry provided excellent service. I was in a bind because my Fusion 2010 started to make a whining noise and I needed the car for a trip in just a couple of days. When I brought in the car on Friday Larry had one of the senior technicians take a ride with me to identify the problem. Then Larry scheduled the repair for Tuesday, the day after Labor day. I was able to pick up the car at noon on Tuesday. which was a great relief. The repair was done under warranty with no charge to me. More
I had a total brake job done ,at least I paid for it, and I had a problem as soon as I pulled out of the lot! They told me to give it a little bit of time to get used to it and to give them a call back in a I had a problem as soon as I pulled out of the lot! They told me to give it a little bit of time to get used to it and to give them a call back in a week. When that week was up, I almost ROLLED MY CAR!!!! I was on 2 tires going around a bend coming off the highway. Guess what..... NO BRAKES!!!!!!I brought it back and they said it was fine. Just a little air in the line! OK! Well I still had problems! I finally took it elsewhere and they didn't even change the brake pads! AND I'M THE BLONDE!!!! UPDATE..... Lombard Ford contacted me. I am not sure what you ,the public, can see so I wanted to let everyone out there know that they contacted me after my post which was very nice. They wanted to rectify the problem which again was very nice but a little too late. I now have brakes but I had them installed by someone else so it would be useless to bring my car back to them now but the gesture was kind! More
After having service work done on my car at other shops, I have returned to Lombard Ford because I trust the quality of work that they do on my car. They are honest, efficient, and communicate well. Mea's Approach was very friendly. Everyone there works together to help each other to benefit the customer. They are very honest and do all that they can to find whatever information the customer needs be together to help each other to benefit the customer. They are very honest and do all that they can to find whatever information the customer needs be it a car fax, loan information and finding banks and credit institutions to printing info and getting phone numbers. They return phone calls promptly and follow up with you to help answer questions and get whatever you need done to help you make your purchase and get what you want. The atmosphere is very positive, business professional,yet relaxing for the customer. Picking up the car was easy. Everything was well explained and friendly , very professional. A very nice business to make a deal/purchase from. More
