Worst dealership I’ve ever been to I brought my 2012 pick up truck in for a Ford recall warranty repair made the appointment a month ahead of time I dropped off the night before becaus I brought my 2012 pick up truck in for a Ford recall warranty repair made the appointment a month ahead of time I dropped off the night before because they told me they needed the truck at 7:30 am I told them ahead of time I needed it back for 2:00 pm they called at 11:43 am to try and sell me other work which I declined and said just do what I brought it in for I would take care of the rest at a later date they said they would do there best to have it done by 2:00 at 3:00 I called to see if it was done they said the service writer Steve that I talked too had left early they didn’t know what was going on with my truck after a long time on hold Betsy told me it wasn’t done I said could I leave it for the weekend but I would like it left indoors she said I can’t promise anything she told they putting it out and I would have to bring it back another day now I’m not happy I said I would be right there she referred me to Jeff the service manager when I got there he was extremely rude when I said I made this appointment a month ago he said so did the other thirty cars that were here today and told me I should have brought it to the dealership I bought it from and that I should be worried more about the extra work they tried to sell me instead of the warranty work I then informed him that he was an xxxxxxx and he had a chance to make a new customer but blew it and I will never return to Lombard ford and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to go there I will be finding a more customer service oriented shop to get my truck to More

While they were busy she did a great job getting my vehicle in and repaired in a timely mann Betsy was on top of the warranty repairs for my vehicle. It is not their fault that the quality of the Ford factories is at times at questionable. More

Ford Edge Brake Service Brought my 2013 Ford Edge in for ABS brake issue and the service dept. found a leak in both the master cylinder as well as the ABS control.
