Great Place We consistently get great service at Lombard Ford. All the people are friendly, informative, and communicate to us exactly what is going on. We have We consistently get great service at Lombard Ford. All the people are friendly, informative, and communicate to us exactly what is going on. We have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and would not hesitate to buy again. The only issue we have is what the Ford company makes customers retrieve their own coupons and you must request and then wait a couple of months for refunds. We find this method not customer focused at all. More

Great service . Brought my car in for service today and was offered a rental at no charge. Was told one estimate and paid a lower price. After I left I received . Brought my car in for service today and was offered a rental at no charge. Was told one estimate and paid a lower price. After I left I received a call telling me an error was made regarding the price but because I already paid the lower price, I was told Lombard Ford was going to pay the difference. I was able to take a picture of the problem and send it to my husband. Lombard Ford was very helpful and professional! Will definitely buy more cars from them! More
