I dealt with the service dept. My 2016 F350 diesel tow vehicle had a mechanical issue. Rob tried to find the necessary part @ a regional dealership. While the computer inventory said that it was in stock vehicle had a mechanical issue. Rob tried to find the necessary part @ a regional dealership.
