I went in for a regular service but had to have brake pads and new rotors. I always have excellent service at Lombard and the staff always takes very good car of my car and myself. I brought my car to be serviced and to get new snow tires on (11/2020). Polly was very friendly and attentive along with the rest of the Service Department. I especially liked that the service manager was at on (11/2020). Polly was very friendly and attentive along with the rest of the Service Department. I especially liked that the service manager was attentive and working as hard as the others. In past, times/years- I have wondered why a service manager was needed as they were always sitting. This one was working as hard as Polly and Robert. Good to see!! More
