I asked before dropping my vehicle off on a Monday if they were sure it would be done the next weekend was told that the job would only take a few days. I never heard back from the so I called on Thursda they were sure it would be done the next weekend was told that the job would only take a few days. I never heard back from the so I called on Thursday to see is it was ready which they told me know and that is wasn’t going to be done for the weekend and wasn’t sure when they would be done till sometime next week. Which cost me a truck rental cause I needed my truck that weekend and they didn’t have my done like I was told it would have been when I dropped it off. And then this carried to the weekend after as will. They should of been up front with me when I dropped it off for the warranty work. Which after getting it back and the paper work the only put 8hrs of work into it but had it for just about 2weeks. More

Once again, the service at Lombard Ford was outstanding. Working with John was great - I called and made an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Job done. They also spoke to me and explained the problem with the ever confounding "check engine" light. All is fine now. Rob Lombard has built a reputation for great service and outstanding quality. He passes this along to his team members. Rob knows it's all about the customer and building relationships. His team does as well. More

I was charged $122. 14 for an oil change. This was an outrageous price increase for the same exact service that I paid $75.69 at Lombard a year ago. In addition, the ser 14 for an oil change. Because of the cost and the lower level of customer service, I'll never return to Lombard for this service. More
