I’ve been coming to Lombard Ford since I purchased my car from them. The service department is outstanding, and I drive a long way to just have my oil changed there. I tried one of those “Quick Stop” oil c from them. The service department is outstanding, and I drive a long way to just have my oil changed there. I have purchase ESP contracts on 4 vehicles personally and have sent at least 6 different friends to Lombard Ford and have purchased ESP on their vehilces. Emma was the last peron that handled the transac and have sent at least 6 different friends to Lombard Ford and have purchased ESP on their vehilces. Emma was the last peron that handled the transaction and was just as friendly and professional as everyone else I have dealt with at Lombard Ford. There is never any preasure compared to the way the dealers who sell the vehicles to you. over the last 4 new vehicle purchases, I have chose to wait until the newness wears off before I choose to get an ESP Plan.
