Friendly and professional. Took care of issues ignored by our previous dealer. Fit all the work in their day for us! They did a lot for us, but no one reviewed it at the end, or told us what parts were by our previous dealer. Fit all the work in their day for us! Emma is exceptional! I think I first bought a warranty product from Emma back in 2013, not long after she joined the company. Not only has the warranty product been great (and yes I needed to use it) the product from Emma back in 2013, not long after she joined the company. Not only has the warranty product been great (and yes I needed to use it) the support provided during the intervening years has been exceptional. I have recently taken out another warranty, and yes, Emma got it right again, getting me the coverage I needed at an affordable price.
