I have two concerns; 1. I brought my car in early in the morning. I called about 3:30PM to ask how it was going and I was told that they were just starting to work on my car I brought my car in early in the morning. When I brought my car in I indicated that I had reward points, as asked by your sign on window. When I returned to pick up car, the points were not used and I had to wait about 10 minutes because the paper work had to be redone. Not good. More
This is my second warranty purchase through Lombard Ford and Emma Allen made the buying process even easier than my first purchase (hard to do since it was already an easy process).
