Worst experience and dealer service ever. They had my truck a total of 4 months for AC work and it was still not fixed properly when I was called to pick it up. I had to bring my truck back 3 They had my truck a total of 4 months for AC work and it was still not fixed properly when I was called to pick it up. I had to bring my truck back 3 separate times( the dealer is a 45 minute drive each way) after them calling to tell me it was all set and to come pick it up. The last time I picked it up they left my steering shaft completely loose. I had to turn the steering wheel half a turn before the actual wheels turned. I will never return to this dealer for service or to purchase a vehicle. Worst service department of any dealer I've ever had to deal with. More

This is the second Ford Extended Service Plan that I’ve purchased in the last several months through Lombard Ford. I’m using Lombard Ford due to their ESP pricing and due to the honesty, courtesy, and prof purchased in the last several months through Lombard Ford. I’m using Lombard Ford due to their ESP pricing and due to the honesty, courtesy, and professionalism of Emma…a “Superstar” for Lombard Ford and the face of the dealership! Read my review from January 27, 2023, as well with my Ford Ranger ESP purchase. With this purchased it was to my best interest to cancel a Ford Explorer third party warranty plan with my local dealership (although I did have to pay a pro-rated fee) and reach out to Emma to purchase a much better coverage and longer term Ford Protect ESP. The ESP was a much better price that resulted in saving me several thousand dollars. As I said in my previous review, Emma has set the bar so high making it difficult for others to reach. So, if you’re looking for a great price for an ESP warranty and the absolute best Superstar to work with, look no further than Lombard Ford and ask for Emma. No dealership can beat the standard Lombard Ford and Emma has set! More
