Lombard Ford responded

I apologize you had to make two trips in but you came at the very end of the day on the first one and we didn't have the time needed to take off the bumper in order to the head light assembly out. Which that had to be removed because the harness slipped inside the headlight into an area where it couldn't be reached. Ford designed that head light with a shell over the harness and if it slips inside then you have to remove the headlight which then requires the front bumper to come off. They have since changed that design because they realize that it is a poor design and the wiring should be external and the headlights should be able to be removed without removing the bumper. Believe me we don't want any of our customers having to wait for 5 1/2 hrs on anything let alone a headlight bulb. So again I do apologize for the inconvenience.
