A person shouldn’t have to tell a service department what the problem is and still not have it fixed. Very poor customer service. Would not go back to them. I have nothing, but great things to say about Lombard Ford! I like the home like atmosphere there and everyone there is very cordial, friendly and don't try to aggressively sell you a lot of things. It's a different atmosphere than any dealership I've been to in all honesty. Mr. Lombard, Mike Manns, Mark Jones, Kyle Greenberg and Drew Paris all have been straight shooters and make you feel at ease. They're all terrific. I don't mind driving from far away (live in Agawam MA) to get my Camry serviced there! More

It was time to do oil change and check our 2016 vehicle out to keep it running properly. We easily schedule this service and to our surprise within a few days. Went in for the service and Kyle handled ev out to keep it running properly. We easily schedule this service and to our surprise within a few days. Didn't have to wait very long though I enjoyed reading while waiting - just missed the coffee which was there before pandemic. Great service, experience team in a relaxed friendly environment. More
