Our salesman, David Vacila, was great to deal with, as was their business manager, Michael Mans, when we went through all the paperwork to finalize the purchase, transfer, and financing. He took us for a test drive and thorughly explained all the features of the 2011 Edge, the Synch system, etc. He was so good we stopped looking and ended up leasing a 2011 Ford Edge, which we absolutely love. When we came to pick up the car Michael went over all the paperwork with us taking care to ensure that we understood everything we were signing, what we were getting or not getting, what our obligations are, what our options are, etc. He was outstanding. Then Dave took over and walked us though the entire process of how to operate all the extras on the vehicle and would not let us leave the lot until we were satisfied that every question we had was answered and we felt comfortable in our new car. I would recommend this dealer for several reasons. First- the sales and finance representatives did not place any pressure on me to purchase a vehicle. Secondly, their finance department was competent. Within 10 minutes, I was able to get 0% interest where other dealers best rates were 4.99-6.49%. That alone will save me about $3,500 on interest. In addition to that, they were able to give me a great deal on the price of the car, so I feel I got a great deal! Lastly- when I purchased the car, they were able to register it quickly and deliver it to me on a very timely basis. Overall- I would strongly recommend this dealer and advise checking them out if you are looking into a Ford. More

I was looking for a fairly specific model used car and found a few in the area on cars.com. Lombard Ford was my first and last stop, I bought the car they had advertised. There was zero pressure from Dave or Mea and they were extremely friendly. The dealership went out of their way to make sure the car was ready to pickup the very next day. On pickup it was discovered the car did not have a second electronic key, and they covered the cost for having that made. I think when someone buys a car (or anything) there is always a sense that a better deal could have been made, which is why I did not rate 5 on price. However the buying experience for me was as good as it gets, including the follow-up calls regarding satisfaction. Lombard is a family business and their customer service reflects their strong reputation. More

When I arrived at Lombard Ford to look at the Explorer I was amazed had how clean the interior of the vehicle was. I took the hour and a half drive to look at the vehicle I ended up purchasing, but when got to the dealership also had the chance to look at two other similar vehicles with price and miles in the same ball park as the one I purchased. All three vehicles were immaculate and worth an extra look and allowed me to compare features and utility. The staff and owner of Lombard Ford made my experience in buying a new vehicle a breeze, as I had pushed off buying something new because of bad experiences in the past. This is my third vehicle that I have bought and driven from this dealership and I would highly recommend anyone to check them out for themselves. More
