I had a total brake job done ,at least I paid for it, and I had a problem as soon as I pulled out of the lot! They told me to give it a little bit of time to get used to it and to give them a call back in a I had a problem as soon as I pulled out of the lot! They told me to give it a little bit of time to get used to it and to give them a call back in a week. When that week was up, I almost ROLLED MY CAR!!!! I was on 2 tires going around a bend coming off the highway. Guess what..... NO BRAKES!!!!!!I brought it back and they said it was fine. Just a little air in the line! OK! Well I still had problems! I finally took it elsewhere and they didn't even change the brake pads! AND I'M THE BLONDE!!!! UPDATE..... Lombard Ford contacted me. I am not sure what you ,the public, can see so I wanted to let everyone out there know that they contacted me after my post which was very nice. They wanted to rectify the problem which again was very nice but a little too late. I now have brakes but I had them installed by someone else so it would be useless to bring my car back to them now but the gesture was kind! More

Spent about 4 hours with Rob and his staff while leasing a new Explorer. The entire experience was enjoyable, a variety of vehicles was offered and we were given our choice of what we found. I have owned over 30 cars/trucks in my life and let me tell you, i hate car shopping!! Many dealers are pushy and just generaly not in it for "you" and what you want. This however is not the case at Lombard Ford, all the employees seemed very friendly and "real", not just being fake to make the sale. My salesperson Mea Windecker was very friendly and down to earth and made buying the truck that i fell in love with a breeze. Every aspect of my purchase at Lombard went smoothly with no problems or hidden fees or anything of that sort. Not only was Mea a great salesperson but she is a genuinely great person who i consider a good friend now. Would i do business with Lombard Ford again?? xxxx Yeah!! More
