I have owned over 30 cars/trucks in my life and let me tell you, i hate car shopping!! Many dealers are pushy and just generaly not in it for "you" and what you want. This however is not the case at Lomba tell you, i hate car shopping!! Many dealers are pushy and just generaly not in it for "you" and what you want. This however is not the case at Lombard Ford, all the employees seemed very friendly and "real", not just being fake to make the sale. My salesperson Mea Windecker was very friendly and down to earth and made buying the truck that i fell in love with a breeze. Every aspect of my purchase at Lombard went smoothly with no problems or hidden fees or anything of that sort. Not only was Mea a great salesperson but she is a genuinely great person who i consider a good friend now. Would i do business with Lombard Ford again?? xxxx Yeah!! More

Mea's Approach was very friendly. Everyone there works together to help each other to benefit the customer. They are very honest and do all that they can to find whatever information the customer needs be together to help each other to benefit the customer. They are very honest and do all that they can to find whatever information the customer needs be it a car fax, loan information and finding banks and credit institutions to printing info and getting phone numbers. They return phone calls promptly and follow up with you to help answer questions and get whatever you need done to help you make your purchase and get what you want. The atmosphere is very positive, business professional,yet relaxing for the customer. Picking up the car was easy. Everything was well explained and friendly , very professional. It was truly a pleasure buying a new Ford Escape from this dealer. They were very personable. Not just friendly but absolutely heartwarming. I did however, go to the Torrington Ford Dealer and was not this dealer. They were very personable. Not just friendly but absolutely heartwarming. My husband and I were very impressed with the whole staff. Our experience with them left us grateful and definitely would consider buying a new car from them in the future. I've owned several Fords and Chevy's and happened to be in the market for a new company SUV. I was helped by Corrine Markey at Lombard Ford who let me test drive the Escape Limited. She gave me the price o in the market for a new company SUV. I was helped by Corrine Markey at Lombard Ford who let me test drive the Escape Limited. She gave me the price of a left over 2010 compared to that and the lease or purchase of a new 2011'. She pointed out all the plusses and negatives of each option and we came to the conclusion that the 2010 purchase fully loaded Limited was a better bargain. At no time was she pushy or "headstrong" as most car sales people are. I left the lot; went up the road and test drove the Chevy Equinox. It was priced very similar to the Escape. The sales person however was a pain in the xxx. I closed the deal with Corrine that day. Both she and her manager were very helpful and accomodating to my needs and got the best deal/ refunds available to me on that vehicle. I would highly reccommend Lombard Ford and their sales staff and would shop there again. More
