My experience with Lombard and the team has been more than what you would expect as they have even stood behind there vehicles even after since 1987. After our 2011 Mustang convertible was totaled by a person who ran a red light my wife and I went back to Lombard Ford because of our previous, very pleasant, experience with them. We purchase the car at a very reasonable price and are very happy with the way things turned out. I currently am driving a vehicle outside the Ford product line, but had noticed the sign posted on the sign of Lombard's building claiming "We service any vehicle, any make, any time", and had read quite a f line, but had noticed the sign posted on the sign of Lombard's building claiming "We service any vehicle, any make, any time", and had read quite a few very positive reviews about Lombard that I figured I'd give them a shot on repairs of my vehicle... some that were outside the norm. I was BEYOND impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of EVERYONE involved. I thank Jessica, Larry, and Betsy, for going over and beyond for me... and for tolerating my incessant questions. I also than my tech Brian, who came out personally, to discuss an issue with my vehicle of which I was unaware, and to his suggestion as to replacement. He was SO honest, he even stated, "It can probably wait, but not for long". I took his advice and gave permission for the part to be replaced... and he even stepped up and suggested a discount to the Service Manager Jessica! Name me ONE other Service Department at ANY dealer who'd do that??? I'm currently in the market for another vehicle, and have wanted a Ford for a while. Considering the Lombard Service Department has impressed me so well, I look forward to seeing just how impressive their Sales Department is! Thanks again to Jessica, Larry, Betsy, and Brian for FAR exceeding my expectations. You've gained a loyal Lombard customer!!! More
This week has been a whirlwind! Went to look and test drive a car on Tuesday morning with my father. Ed took such great care of us, researching and looking for exactly what we wanted. Went back home to drive a car on Tuesday morning with my father. Ed took such great care of us, researching and looking for exactly what we wanted. Went back home to explain and talk to my boyfriend about our options. My father then went back and forth between my boyfriend and owner Rob Lombard and it came to be that on Thursday we would go "test drive" and "look" at the car. Needless to say it was love at first sight with the car...when my father asked the question "how soon can they have the car" Mr. Lombard looked at the clock and said "You can be on the road, driving the car in an hour or so by 7:00." We were in shock! To say that Lombard Ford took care of us is an understatement. They went above and beyond (even making a racing helmet!) an inside joke which was awesome! Mr. Lombard even took the time, 45 minutes to explain every single feature of the car! We are ecstatic and I am personally excited because now there is finally a FORD back in our Savelle Ford Family. Thank you so much for everything! This has truly been a dream come true this week! More

We went to Lombard because we were searching for a used Mustang convertible, a 2011 or 2012, V6 Premium for my wife. We chose Lombard because they had the only used Mustang convertibles in the state. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and met Mr. Peck. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly made us feel at ease. In fact, everyone we ran into at Lombard was very friendly. We found the perfect car and bought it on the spot. We picked it up the next afternoon and it was spotless inside and out and under the hood. We found that they'd put new tires and new wiper blades on the car overnight. All in all, this was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Lombard to anyone looking for a Ford, especially a Mustang. More
My wife and I picked up our new Edge from Lombard in October of 2012; the vehicle had been special ordered to meet our requirements and showed up exactly when it was scheduled to arrive. Ed O'Brien had kept us apprised of the build date and called me as soon as the vehicle arrived. The car was properly detailed and all ready to go when we arrived to take delivery. Corinne Markey helped my wife pair her phone with the Ford My Touch system and offered her a pleasant and thorough walk through of the various features. I returned this month for my first oil change and was very pleased with the friendly and personal greeting I received from their service manager, Jessica Wilcox. Kudos to Rob Lombard for hiring this girl to run his team of service personnel; she's bright and extremely pleasant and exudes the kind of warmth you want and expect when you're handing over the keys to your car for service work. While the vehicle was there, they did an update on the vehicle's software system as part of a customer satisfaction notification without me having to make a second appointment. If you're looking for a dealership that goes the extra mile, it's worth the drive to Lombard. We live fifty miles away, but we both feel that it was worth the extra time to do business with a place that actually cares about complete customer satisfaction. More
