Great bunch of people! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience purchasing my first brand new vehicle with the men and women of Lombard Ford. I am not a haggler and hate that type of non-sense when buying a car. I ordered a Raptor which is not the most inexpensive vehicle. Nationwide, they are being marked up from $10-20k over MSRP. I got a fair and reasonable deal without any haggling or baloney. Mark Jones walked me through the process painlessly (well except for the pain of waiting for my baby to be born at the factory!) and professionally. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
